Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
Vive In Spanish is a Spanish-as-a-foreign-language teaching service offered by Jacob Romero, based in Mexico. Classes are conducted exclusively online through platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or others previously agreed upon.

2. Services Offered
•     Individual or group online classes.
•     Access to digital materials (PDFs, audio files, videos, interactive exercises).
•     Personalized guidance tailored to the student’s level and learning goals.

3. Bookings and Payments
•     Classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
•     Payment is required upfront through secure platforms (Wise, PayPal, Western Union, or bank transfer).
•     Prices are listed in MXN, adjusted according to the student’s country of residence.
•     Vive In Spanish reserves the right to adjust fees, with prior notification.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
•     Cancellations or schedule changes by the student must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule at no cost. If made later, the class fee will be charged.
•     Cancellations or schedule changes by the teacher must also be made at least 24 hours in advance. If not, the next class will be free of charge.
•     If the student does not notify the teacher of a delay in advance, a 15-minute grace period will be given. After that, the class will be considered canceled and charged.
•     The teacher must also notify the student in advance of any delay, and that time must be compensated during the same or another class.

5. Use of Materials
•     Provided materials are for the student’s personal use only and may not be redistributed or commercialized.
•     Vive In Spanish retains copyright over all educational content.

6. Responsibility
•     Vive In Spanish does not guarantee specific results, as progress depends on the student’s commitment.
•     The service is not responsible for interruptions caused by connection failures, power outages, or sudden loss of internet service. In such cases, the class will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

7. Privacy
•     The student’s personal information will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
•     Classes may only be recorded with the student’s prior authorization.

8. Modifications
Vive In Spanish reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the website and will take immediate effect.
